Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the Record-to-Report (R2R) process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the R2R process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data.
Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, providing guidance to junior staff members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
