Asst. Manager -

Candidate & Job Profile: -

The incumbent should be Chemical or Polymer Engineer/M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/ Polymer Science from reputed university/Institute with excellent academic background.
He should have 9-10 -year post qualification working experience in R & D department out of which 2-3 years experience in leading team of 5-7 R & D associates of Reputed & well-known Epoxy resins manufacturing/processing/ formulation plant or Chemical manufacturing plant preferably in Process Technology and R & D department.
Exposure in Epoxy Resins manufacturing or Epoxy Resin formulation, Composite, Paint & Industrial Coating plant/Powder Coating Plant is essentially required.
Incumbent should have exposure to provide technical support to Sales & Marketing department & technical discussion with the customers for various application & trouble shoot while processing Epoxy, Hardner & composite material at customers end.
Incumbent should have good knowledge of process engineering & well worse with all major R & D Lab equipment handling of Epoxy processing & coating.
