Job Description

Skill sets:

In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Should be able to work with SAP / AutoCAD
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.

Key Responsibility:

Reviewing construction plans/drawings
Quantity estimation for RCC / finishing / interior work etc
Rate Analysis and Estimation
Preparation of budgets, uploading, and working is SAP
Preparation Of BBS (bar bending schedule)
BOQ preparation of the project
Preparation of Work Orders /amendment orders
