Assistant Manager Quality/ Quality Team Leader

You should have a strong focus on customer centricity, internal policies awareness, and issue management. Proficiency in basic MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential. You will be responsible for attrition control by ensuring that employees are well taken care of, guiding them, and addressing their controllable issues transparently. Assisting new employees in adjusting to the work environment and supporting supervisors in resolving related issues is a key aspect of the role. You will also be involved in client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, reviewing these metrics with the internal team, and tracking progress. Ensuring that your team (Customer Service Associates/Team Leaders) achieve ABCD ranking and proactively initiating process improvements are part of your responsibilities. Tracking and addressing open points in customer Voice of Customer/ Voice of Business feedback to reduce client escalations, conducting market research for process comparisons, and sharing analysis with both internal and external customer teams are also expected.
