As an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance & Environmental Management at Fleet Management India Private Limited, your role will involve ensuring effective implementation and oversight of the Management of Change (MoC) process across fleet operations, shore-based activities, and technical systems. You will be part of a team that supports safe, compliant, and efficient transitions during organizational, procedural, or technical changes within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the MoC framework in alignment with company policies and international maritime regulations. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and document proposed changes affecting operations, safety, or compliance. - Facilitate risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes. - Ensure appropriate mitigation measures are developed, documented, and implemented before change execution. - Maintain accurate records of all MoC activities, including approvals, risk evaluations, and implementation timelines. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of MoC procedures among shipboard and shore-based personnel. - Monitor compliance with MoC protocols and flag deviations. - Review and refine MoC procedures based on lessons learned, audit findings, and industry best practices. - Recommend process enhancements to improve safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum sailing experience as 2nd officer and good knowledge of company processes.
