Position Title: Assistant Manager Store
Location: Ram Path Rd, Amanigunj, Ayodhya /Subhartipuram Meerut
Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Reporting To: Area Manager / Operations Manager
Salary: hike on current CTC + PF + Bonus+ Mediclaim
Role Overview:
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of the QSR outlet in Meerut. This includes managing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team supervision, inventory control, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
Drive staff engagement, motivation, and performance.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent guest service experience.
Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Sales & Profitability:
Achieve sales targets and control operating costs.
Monitor daily cash flow, billing, and reporting.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage stock levels, place orders, and prevent wastage.
Ensure timely receipt and quality of goods.
Compliance:
Adhere to food safety, health, and labour laws.
Ensure all licenses and documentation are updated.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2–3 years in QSR or food service operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,693.79 - ₹61,436.94 per month
