Assistant Manager/Project Manager C&I Project Services (ISD)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist manager to liaise with Client, Main-con, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.

• Assist Project Manager to manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and staff at the site

• Ensure work performed on-site comply with the local authority requirements.

• Assist manager to analyse, manage and track project costs against budget.

• Read detailed drawings, understand construction plan and knowledge of fabrication methods.

• Plan, coordinate and execute in interior fit-out work

• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project complexion within schedule.

• Report on project status and take appropriate status to ensure project progress is on schedule.

• Work closely with sales team, commercial team, clients, contractors, and in-house factories on timely projects handover.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelors Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management, Master of Business Administration

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills

• Experience with budget management and Project planning skills

• Strategic thinker and leader with Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)

• Multi-tasking skillsets and ability to work under pressure

• MS office skills -Good at preparing high impact presentations

• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departmentsRole & responsibilities
