Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production technology initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommend innovative technological solutions.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new production equipment and technologies.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth product launches and process transitions.
Monitor key production metrics (yield, downtime, defects) and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Provide training and technical support to production teams on new equipment and methods.
Participate in budget planning, cost control, and investment proposals for production technology upgrades.
Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
