Job Description

POSITION TITLE

OBJECTIVE :

Production Planning Machine Loading Capacity balancing – Production Monitoring – Reporting deviation – Daily/Fortnightly/monthly Reports

Receiving and Consolidating Demand Planning for three monthly Domestic Sales requirement and International Sales Orders and arrive at the Monthly and Long-term production planning plant wise product wise.
Release of Monthly Production Planning to Plants
Co ordinating with Production, Packing, Purchase, Marketing and conducting periodic meetings to review the Production progress
Prioritization of requirement when required
MIS preparation for all activities periodically
Devising and implementing Digitalisation of Production Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce
Diploma in IT/Systems/Supply Chain Management

Experience :

4-5 years’ experience in Demand Planning & Supply Chain Management in manufacturing Company preferably Agro
Fully conversant with MS Office, SAP, advance EXCEL and good analytical ability and capable of independent preparation of various reports

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Monthly Production Planning and circulation of the same

Preparing Daily Despatch Report Summary Division wise, product and pack wise against Budget

Preparing Monthly reports RM/PM receipts product wise, vendor wise

Monthly MIS of Procurement, Sales and comparing the same with

Budget

Compilation imports and Export Data from external agencies

Preparation of Price and Quantity Trend chart and graphs for

Major items

Preparation of miscellaneous Purchase Orders in SAP
