Desired Profile

Position Type: Permanent
Qualification: Graduate / MBA degree is preferred
Experience: 10+ years
Industry: Candidates with experience in Production Planning and Quality Control will be preferred
Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

Drive the daily execution of manufacturing schedules in factories to meet production targets inline with customer orders
Manage and oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release testing
Ensuring sampling of products, assisting new product development and routine production
Lead the process for Corrective and Preventive Actions in response to internal deviations and Customer Complaints, driving continuous improvement in product design and process stability

Key Competencies

Should have demonstrated abilities to handle production and ensure product Quality for various products
Communicate persuasively in English / Hindi / Local language
