Assistant Manager - Product & Technology

• Conducting user research and collaborating with stakeholders to gather product requirements.
• Prioritizing features based on impact and needs.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, to ensure a successful product development and launch process.
• Planning and executing product go-live.
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance and user feedback post-launch.
• Utilizing the data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for iteration.
• Keeping stakeholders informed about the product s progress, updates, and any changes in the product roadmap.
• Documentation of product requirements and the operational processes required to support their effective use.
• Conducting comprehensive testing and ensuring the high-quality delivery of our products.

Profile Requisites:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 1 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced setup.

• Tech-savviness:

  Comfortable with learning new software tools and technologies, with a willingness to adapt to evolving product requirements.
• Knowledge of SQL will be a value-add.
• Broad knowledge of CRM/data management would be a value-add.
• Passionate about working with low-income communities and young adults.
