Job Purpose
CSC draws its mandate from Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF) which is applicable to all countries and units in Unilever. CSC provides central monitoring and reporting for financial controls in Unilever. It reports control health indicators (CHI) on 90+ countries, across four global processes - Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Make to Deliver. CSC is a one-of-a-kind capability created in Unilever, which has been emulated by other companies. It has evolved over last few years as a best in class, futuristic, real time financial controls monitoring capability. CSC publishes reports from SAP, for each financial control to monitor how the countries/units are performing. Exceptions are identified and analysed. Monthly governance is run with the country Finance Controllers, and action plans obtained for remediation. Rigorous follow up is made to ensure action plans are completed in time, and control exceptions are brought down. CSC monitors GFCF Automated controls and owns the GPMs and frameworks. This role is responsible for automated controls monitoring and compliances as needed for the respective processes. This role reports into the Senior Manager CSC. Main Accountabilities
Continuous monitoring of automated controls alerts, liaise with PEC teams, IT SMEs as needed to ensure timely resolution Analysis of data in the GRC-PC monitoring alerts report and work towards closure with appropriate remediation actions. Ensure automated controls Rulesets are up to date. Own the monitoring frameworks, GPMs. Engage with multiple stakeholders like Process Excellence, IT, D&A and GCAD. Engage with service provider to ensure on-time in-full delivery of the assigned responsibilities related to automated controls Coordinate evidences submission for audit for Enterprise Level controls from CSC Responsible for accuracy of reporting hierarchy in CSC reports such as HANA CHI, Cockpit, Workbench. Periodic communication to the Finance organisation at global level on reporting changes and enhancements from CSC Responsible for HANA access authorisation as a group owner Lead governance with IT SME teams to ensure robust reporting structure is maintained Perform accuracy & completeness validation of monthly VAR reports as part of MEC activities. Drive Control Health Meetings with Controllers, flag outliers, drive governance with PEC and country to close these outliers within reasonable time. Active contribution to develop digital agenda in controls monitoring. Analysis of data in the Controls Cockpit to identify outliers, significant patterns, trends, anomalies related to automated control Key Interfaces

Finance graduate with 5 -7 years of relevant experience. Strong experience in control assurance, accounting/ finance role, internal audit, project management, process excellence Experience and cultural awareness to work with a geographically, culturally diverse and global team. Desirable Experience
Business Partnering role experience. Technology understanding SAP, GRC Hana, GRC-PC Analytical and Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, ACL, SQL Leadership Behaviours
