prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations

Required Education and Work experience / Skills:

  • Bachelors degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area Preferably CA
  • Experience: Total of 4 to 7 Years

    Relevant 3+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics

  • Hands-on experience in

    BPO Pricing & developing financial analysis

  • A very good

    understanding of finance and how P&L works, and cost goes to P&L

  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • General knowledge of financial/operational principles
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Work Location:

Responsibilities

  • Provide

    Analytics support / financial insights andprojections

    to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics
  • Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiate the rates

  • Review

    MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients

  • Working closely with

    CXO resources on regular basis

  • You will

    provide reliable data and analysis

    to be used in decision-making and planning
  • You will prepare accurate

    monthly financial reports,

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
  • Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Review

    MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
