Key Performance Indicators

• Prepare raw material requirement plan & schedules based on sales plan.
• Generate section wise weekly production plans as per the sales plan/ forecast received from sales department.
• Scheduling the production in production planner.
• Calculate Machine hours & Man hours required and release monthly manpower requirement plan.
• Based on production plan prepare machine loading considering WIP on shop floor.
• Co-ordinate with respective raw material stores for smooth functioning of issued plan.
• Communicate the shortages to raw material stores and accordingly intimate to sales dept.
• Follow-up with production in-charges for adherence of production plan
• Ensure all the material is available for the production in advance.
• Control the inventory of the STU item, and plan for FIFO in store.
• Monitor and plan the reorders and carry out RCA for the same.
• Co-Ordinate with Quality Dept for Final QA output.
• Carry out regular meeting with the sale and installation team and communicate all the EDD on time.
• Re-Confirmation of production orders & in case of any delay, intimate to Sales dept.
• Prioritize customer urgencies on shop floor with indication on batch sheets.
• JIT planning where ever required.
• Provide MIS reports to Top Management.
• Formulating daily and monthly plans of job order and looking after machine loading & scheduling for multiple OEM customer requirement JIT supply
• Analyzing production performance with respect to customer delivery index and planned efficiency
• Conducting time study and performed line balancing for various models
• Establishment process for wide range of diversity of assembly work
• Ensure material availability in advance for On-Time deliveries.
• Planning day to day production to achieve targets ie Reviewing production process.
• Identification of production constraints and its elevation from time to time.
• Well versed with Engineering drawings and Production activities.
• Method study and work measurement of all the activities.
• Establishing standard times for all the tasks.
• Monitoring and improving line efficiency and productivity.
• Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.
