Assistant Manager - PMO - KYC AML

As a Recruitment Specialist for Managed Services, your primary responsibility will be to handle the entire recruitment process, starting from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding them. Your role will involve maintaining a steady pipeline of skilled resources to support Managed Services. This will include filling new demand as well as managing backfills resulting from internal movements and attrition. Effective collaboration and communication will be key aspects of your role, as you will need to engage with various departments to meet their resourcing requirements efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Managed Services, which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities. - Proactively addressing new demand for resources and handling backfills arising from internal movements and attrition. - Collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple departments to understand and fulfill their resourcing needs satisfactorily. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Managed Services industry. - Strong communication and collaboration skills that enable you to engage with multiple departments effectively and efficiently.,
