Key Responsibilities:
Communication and synchronization between Back-office and Field Forceassisttroubleshooting of installation problems
Working Experience in German translation projects to English
Demonstrated ability to work with teams to develop their functional competencies through process improvements.
Follow industrys standards and best practices
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Foreign language expert Germany
Certification at Germany B2 or C1 Level.
Strong knowledge of German culture
Working Experience in Germany translation projects to English
Assess & evaluate the German proficiency profile
Responsible for translating process document to English & Germany
Translation from Germany to English and vice versa
Proficient in reading, writing & speaking of Germany & English Language
Handling Client Meeting with Germany language skills.
Science /BE Graduate with 5-10 Years of Experience.
