Job Description

Skill sets:
  • Well versed with planning tools like MSP/ Microsoft office/ Autocad.
  • Should aware of the sequence/workflow of construction activities of a project.
  • Determining Manpower, equipment and materials required as per project life cycle.
Key Responsibility:
  • Plan and prioritize activities to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Detailed Construction Program Preparation Scheduling and Tracking
  • MIS- Work Reports and Cost reports. (Daily/Weekly/ Monthly)
  • Resource Management- Requirement analysis and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate & facilitate smooth & timely delivery of drawings, decisions to ensure Zero Stoppage of Construction.
  • Co-ordination between site, contractors, suppliers, architects, consultants and other departments.
