As a Performance and Compensation Management Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance evaluations, ratings, and feedback. You will also provide training and support to managers and employees on the process and system. Your role will involve ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update compensation data, including salary, bonus, and benefits information - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements In addition, you will analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will develop and generate reports to support decision-making, including market trend analysis, salary range recommendations, and performance and promotion data analysis and trends. You will create interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize data and trends, using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and generate reports to support decision-making - Create interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize data and trends Furthermore, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data alignment and consistency.
