Assistant Manager - Performance and Rewards

You will be expected to develop and generate reports to support decision-making, such as market trend analysis, salary range recommendations, and performance data analysis. Creating interactive dashboards to visualize data and trends using tools like Tableau and Power BI will be crucial in communicating complex data insights to stakeholders. Collaboration and communication are essential aspects of this role. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data alignment and consistency. Collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and implement initiatives will be part of your responsibilities.
