Job Description

Identify the VA/VE Ideas across all the serial life parts and projects. Provide budget inputs regarding internal and external productivity, ensure consistency with engineering/ operations/purchasing strategy Support buyers for the detailed Portfolio for VA/VE, activity related to Engineering Accountable for the series VA/VE performance for India Level Plants. Prioritize and align resourcing and Make or Buy activities according to priorities Support transfer/ resourcing/ localization activities with suppliers Monitor and support execution of all productivity actions (int/ext VAVE) through cross functional teamwork Define priorities for internal and external workshops to be done according division need and commodity strategy Deploy and capitalize best practices across division Knowledge / Skills: Team leader Strong technical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a multicultural Financial knowledge Broad and comprehensive understanding of concept and principles of VA/VE Develop communication skills and capability to influence and negotiate English required Minimum Education Level: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Min Experience of 5 years in Exhaust field
