Assistant Manager - Parts Book

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation from existing MDM/Parts books team members as functions transition to COE in India. Additionally, you will work closely with the NPI team on the AMPIP project timing to support the Parts book scheduling calendar. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Regional/site engineering and product management teams on clarifying project expectations and with the Regional/site MDM teams to define the Service Level Definition (SLD). Your role will also involve ensuring the quality of work completed by the functional teams and coordinating with the Product Support Team to update parts catalogs in alignment with future timing on PSP changes. Moreover, you will align efforts in terminologies and translations with MDM, Parts Books, e-commerce, and Tech Info teams to meet the needs of Farmer First through data delivery to viewing systems.
