Job Description

1. Oversee the entire process from receiving PEB parts to the final coated product, including surface preparation, shot blasting, and painting applications. 2. surface preparation standards like SA 2.5 and adhere to specifications for primer and subsequent paint coats. 3. Conduct inspections throughout the process to ensure proper DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of paints and adherence to quality requirements. 4. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the blasting and painting process, ensuring minimal downtime and production disruptions. 5. Maintain accurate records of blasting and painting operations, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and quality control results. 6. Track and manage inventory of blasting abrasives, paints, coatings, and other necessary supplies. 7. Plan and schedule blasting and painting activities to meet deadlines and production targets. 8. Assist in budgeting and allocating resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. 9. Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance. 10. Supervise and coordinate activities of the blasting and painting crew, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Qualification – B. Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience - 5-8years Language Known - Hind/English/ Gujarati Location – GIDC Manjusar, Vadodara Job Type : Full-time Additional Skills - MS Office, good communication skill, Knowledge of computer Preferred Industries – PEB Industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
