Job Description

As a Paid Media Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing performance-driven campaigns such as Search, Display, and Lead Generation, as well as handling branding campaigns including YouTube, Display, and Video Awareness Campaigns. - Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conducting A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and messaging. - Working closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad copies and visuals. - Generating regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness. - Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads. - Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and Lead Generation campaigns. - Experience managing YouTube, Display, and Video Awareness campaigns. - Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools. - Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have: - 2-4 years of professional experience in strategic planning within the Media or Brand industry. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising. - Proficiency in English (Intermediate level). Soft skills and competencies that will be beneficial for this role include: - Managing execution effectively. - Being authentic, open, flexible, and adaptable. - Strong knowledge of media and media planning. - Expertise in Mx (Connection, Context, Content) and Omnichannel strategies. - Advanced Programmatic skills and familiarity with OSEP. - Knowledge of partners and suppliers in Media, Tech, Data, and Content industries.
