Assistant Manager – Operations/Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  vendor relationships

  , negotiations, and performance tracking – especially with

  international suppliers

  (China preferred).
• Lead and coordinate

  end-to-end supply chain processes

  , including procurement, order planning, and inventory control.
• Handle

  SKD/CKD operations

  and ensure timely assembly and dispatch coordination.
• Oversee

  international logistics

  , including customs, freight, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery cycles.
  
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech

  from a reputed institute is

  mandatory

  .

• MBA

  preferred, especially with a focus on operations or supply chain.

• 2+ years of experience

  in supply chain management, vendor management, or operations in the

  electronics industry

  .
• Hands-on experience working with

  Chinese suppliers

  and navigating international trade/logistics.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• Willingness to travel internationally, especially to China
