Assistant Manager - Operations

• Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service etc.
• Work closely with the inventory manager and team to maintain inventory
• Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

• Manage staff levels, attendance, hours etc.
• Visit Client for feedback and invoice related issue.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment and follow-up.
• Work closely management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, and implement changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
