Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Annual Business Plan for the Speciality.
Ensure Specialty specific OPD Revenue & Number targets are achieved.
Ensure Specialty specific IP admissions & Revenues are achieved.
Ensure Specialty's services - medical/surgical are optimally & competitively planned.
Ensure Clinical competencies are adequately available to deliver services.
Ensure cross functional integration to deliver Specialty services.
Plan & implement initiatives to build Specialty into a Centre of Excellence.
Ensure development of a distinct brand for the CoE through adequate promotion.
Ensure Service Excellence Standards for the specified CoEs.
Ensure Higher VOC scores for OP and IP service interfaces for the specified CoE’s.
Ensure Specialty is optimally promoted through activities/programs to build IP/OP numbers.
Liason with marketing and sales initiatives for the department.
To perform any job/task as and when assigned by the superior.
