Inventory and Resource Management : Managing inventory levels, resources, and supplies to ensure that the department operates smoothly and within budget. Data Analysis : Analyzing data and performance metrics to track departmental progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Customer Service : Ensuring high - quality customer service within the operations department, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and managing customer feedback. Budget Management : Assisting in the management of the department's budget, tracking expenses, controlling costs, and making budget recommendations.
