Assistant Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager at Olga Resorts, your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operations of the resort and ensure a seamless guest experience. Drawing from your prior experience in the hotel industry, you will be expected to effectively manage teams, coordinate various departments, and handle guest interactions with a high level of professionalism and warmth. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the resort. This will involve supervising staff members across departments such as front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services. Your role will also encompass ensuring that guest satisfaction levels remain high by promptly addressing any concerns or complaints and closely monitoring service delivery standards. In addition, you will be responsible for training and motivating the staff to maintain and uphold the resort's standards and operating procedures. Keeping a close eye on inventory levels, supplies, and maintenance requirements will also be part of your duties. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards will be essential, and you will also play a key role in managing staff schedules, attendance, and conducting performance reviews. Furthermore, you will assist in financial reporting, vendor coordination, and cost control measures to contribute towards the overall efficiency of the resort's operations. Maintaining a visible presence on the floor during peak times and events will be crucial to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are running smoothly. This is a full-time position that will require you to work day shifts, with the possibility of performance bonuses. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry and be willing to work on-site at the resort location.,
