Assistant Manager - New Product Development (NPD) FMCG (Premixes)

Job Title:

Assistant Manager NPD (New Product Development) FMCG (Only Female Candidates)

Location:

Assistant Manager – NPD (New Product Development)

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD):

• Develop new premix and food-based products as per customer requirements.
  
• Conduct sampling, trials, and tasting exercises to ensure product quality and innovation.
  

Customer Coordination:

• Collect reference samples from clients, send developed samples for feedback, and visit customer locations when required.
  

Daily Reporting & Follow-ups:

• Maintain and update reports on new and existing product development progress.
  

Team Coordination:

• Manage and review team activities, monitor ongoing projects, and discuss costing and commercials with relevant departments.
  

Customer Connect (If Required):

• Handle key customer accounts directly to ensure continuity of business relationships.
  

Support Event Management:

• Coordinate with event organizers for trade shows and exhibitions — manage booth selection, approvals, designs, travel plans, and scheduling.
  

Compliance Management:

• Oversee compliance and documentation related to finance, RBI, DGFT, and customs.
  
• Coordinate with banks and government departments as required.
  

Annual Planning:

• Prepare annual business and market expansion plans, including budgeting and revenue projections.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only.
  
• B.Tech. in Food Technology (mandatory).
  
• 7–8 years of experience in Food R&D / Premix Development.
  
• Strong understanding of formulation, sampling, and product testing.
  
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Willingness to travel for customer trials or events.
