Job Description

Core Competencies :

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis (FP&A) support
Regulatory Compliance (TDS, GST, PFMS, etc.)
Statutory Audits & Internal Controls support
ERP Systems Familiarity (SAP FICO, MM)
MIS Reporting, Reconciliation, Asset Management
Cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial reports and models for management review.

2. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST), PFMS, and statutory filings.
Support statutory audits and maintain internal controls.
Handle day-to-day compliance documentation.

3. ERP & MIS Reporting

Support SAP FICO and MM module operations and reporting.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and reconciliations.

4. Grant Management Support

Track grant fund utilization and donor compliance.
Prepare grant-related financial reports and reconciliations.
Coordinate with project teams on financial requirements.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with auditors, banks, and internal departments (procurement, HR).
Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
2-5 years post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in SAP FICO/MM and Indian statutory compliance/University governance framework.
