Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Possess strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process of Solar Cell and Module.
Well versed with quality norms of the product manufacturing process & quality protocols on high volume Cell manufacturing.
Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for the inspection of solar panels.
Lead a team of inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure accurate and consistent inspection processes.
Coordinate inspection schedules, ensuring timely completion of inspections and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular inspections of solar panels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
