Assistant Manager - MO - Trade Support - Claims

Position Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage claims process and provide a support function for Manager on reporting and client communication and provide the Administrator with an escalation support.Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Investigating Claims using Tradeflow, Intellimatch.Cash Break Management and ControlEnsuring all Broker and Custodian relationships are managed effectivelyAblility to prioritise and understand the market riskEnsuring compliance with agreed control frameworkQuality check and validation of Administrator inputDemonstrate technical understanding in their roleWork within a team environmentEscalation ManagementSpoke and Stake holders managementPeople ManagementManagement and Client reportingSupport Manager as necessary and agreedContributing Responsibilities
Working with Custodians and Brokers to resolve claim.Working with the Client.Clearing Cash Breaks.Working together as a Team to achieve the same Goals.Clear and Defined escalation points.Technical & Behavioral Competencies
