Job Description

We are Hiring:

Location: Chennai

Package up to 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Analyse data and MI to identify areas for

process optimization and capacity creation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the

efficiency and effectiveness

of banking operations.
Create and present

reports, dashboards, and presentations

for senior stakeholders.
Participate in

projects and initiatives

focused on performance improvement.
Identify

industry trends

and recommend process enhancements.
Implement analytics and reporting to

mitigate risks and strengthen controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a

key point of contact for stakeholders.
Lead and supervise team members (where applicable), ensuring professional development and effective allocation of tasks.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in

MI reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros).
Hands-on experience with

SQL

and

visualization tools

such as

Power BI/Tableau.
Knowledge of

process optimization, capacity creation, and performance improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Banking/financial services experience preferred, but

not mandatory

if strong in data and optimization.
