Additionally, you will be required to handle high-priority cases, resolve complex problems efficiently, collaborate with backend teams to address pending issues, and provide regular progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Driving high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores for the accounts under your management will also be a key aspect of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have 4-8 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success, with a proven track record in handling L2 and L3 escalations and priority issues effectively.
