Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical engineering activities for various projects, including greenfield and brownfield projects. Your role will involve reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), layouts, and specifications to ensure the installation of HVAC, utilities, and cleanroom systems in compliance with cGMP & FDA norms. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, Production, EHS, and Maintenance to ensure seamless project execution and compliance. - Monitor project schedules using tools like MS Project, track milestones, and critical path to ensure on-time delivery. - Lead vendor management, supervise contractors, and conduct technical review meetings for mechanical systems. - Conduct equipment Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), develop qualification protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ), and manage mechanical documentation for regulatory audits. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory norms at all stages of mechanical work. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, Chillers, Compressors, Boilers, BMS, and cleanroom design. - Familiarity with IS, ASME, and cGMP engineering standards. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and utility design tools. - Knowledge of Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), steam, and compressed air generation/distribution systems. - Display strong cross-functional coordination and leadership skills. - Uphold high accountability and ownership of timelines. - Possess a detail-oriented, quality-driven, and safety-conscious approach. - Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. - Apply problem-solving mindset with agility to adapt to changes.
