Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and closing sales for luxury residential units.
  • Handling channel partners, direct clients, and broker networks.
  • Driving site visits and ensuring a high lead-to-closure ratio.
  • Managing negotiations and the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with reputed real estate companies is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong networks.
