Position:

Looking for Packaging Design and Developers with Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical Domain experience for our Bangalore office.

Roles and Responsible:

Responsible for strategic, tactical and operational quality planning.
Ensuring all products supplied to customers should meet their required standards.
Establish, publish and maintain policies & procedures related to the scope of Quality Assurance activity.
Responsible for vendor qualifications.
Monitoring production quality.
Preparing, reviewing, approving and distributing of all quality related documents.
Preparation of Master Manufacturing formula records of all products.
Issuing and reviewing of all production batch review and batch release.
Responsible for post completion batch review and batch release.
Preparing, checking and approving validation protocols & reports.
Responsible for conducting internal audits, preparation of CAPA and conducting management review meetings.
Investigation and record preparation for deviations, out of specifications.
Reviewing approving of change control.
Label control.
Handling of customer complaints & CAPA.
Ensuring food safety management is operating and maintained in the company as per the ISO 22000:2005 and BRC Standards.
Approving documents and in-process specifications.
Approving specifications for raw material, dietary ingredients, finished products & packing material labels.
Approving testing procedure supplier (COA).
Approving quality control test results (OOS) investigation.
Overseeing sampling and retaining the program.
Reviewing and approving documents like change control and deviations.
Performing supplier audit.
