Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager in the Project Management team at AELS, your primary responsibility will be to plan, monitor, and realize electronics sub-systems of multiple projects. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Monitoring progress on Concerto (Project Management Tool) and arranging periodic review meetings. - Monitoring and controlling project cash flows. - Identifying risks and taking necessary actions for their mitigation. - Communication and coordination with customers for project-related activities. - Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure progress as per plan and conflict resolution. - Cost estimation for prospect orders. - Preparing and releasing periodic status updates. Additionally, the role may require travel to customer locations/sites based on project requirements. Hands-on experience with MS Project would be considered an added advantage.
