Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring PCG (Private Client Group) / HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients and ensuring a smooth transition to the dealing team. Your role will also involve actively managing the HNI desk to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth of the HNI portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage existing networks, market databases, references, events, and cold outreach to identify and target potential HNI / PCG clients. - Stay informed about market movements and lifestyle shifts to spot opportunities for client engagement. - Create structured acquisition plans to penetrate the HNI / PCG segment in the region, customizing your approach for each prospect based on profile analysis, risk appetite, and investment behavior. - Conduct in-depth meetings and financial discussions with prospective clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, income structure, and liquidity needs. Build a strong rapport to earn their trust and confidence. - Advise clients on margins limits, mark to market losses, brokerages, margins available, etc. - Strictly adhere to all risk & surveillance and Deal desk processes. - Encourage and facilitate clients to migrate from offline to online trading by providing training and support. - Ensure documentation formalities like KYC and profiling of new clients with all necessary details. - Participate in daily research calls and keep customers updated with in-house research recommendations. - Maintain a symbiotic relationship with internal stakeholders for the resolution of all trade and funds related issues. - Ensure all new clients start trading within 7 days of account opening. - Introduce customers to the online mode of trading by providing demos and first login hand-holding. - Follow up with inactive or dormant clients, build confidence, and encourage them to trade. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate degree. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on HNI and Ultra HNI client acquisition. - Exclude candidates from retail broking or branch banking roles. - Stable career history with no frequent job changes or gaps. - Interest in Client Acquisition (Sales). - Age below 40 years. - Must be from the broking industry.,
