Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Learning to join our team at Hyatt Place. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
