Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end inventory operations for diagnostic consumables, reagents, and equipment.
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and plan procurement in coordination with purchase and operations teams.
Ensure timely replenishment of supplies to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Implement effective inventory control systems (FIFO/FEFO for reagents and consumables).
Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and stored using ERP or inventory management software.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and logistics for timely delivery and returns.
Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to quality standards for sensitive diagnostic materials.
Analyze consumption patterns, generate MIS reports, and support cost optimization.
Train and supervise store staff on handling, storage, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have experience in similar role at lease 3 years are preferred.

Candidates who have BSC-MLT/ DMLT or any other health related graduation. PG in Hospital Management preferred.
