The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the customer acquisition journey, serving as the first point of contact between IFTAS and potential clients (Banks, NBFCs and FinTechs). We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to support outreach and lead generation for IFTAS Banking Cloud (IBC) and digital infrastructure offerings. This role involves connecting with potential clients over phone/email, educating them on IBC benefits, and passing qualified leads to the sales Band business development team. The primary objective is to generate interest, schedule introductory meetings, and pass leads for further engagement.
