As an Assistant Manager-Guest Service, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service in our hotel operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating daily guest service operations such as front desk, reception, cashiering, reservations, and outlet services. You will be tasked with training, mentoring, and managing Guest Service Associates to cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment. Implementing and maintaining efficient systems and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness will be crucial in your role. Your ability to monitor and address guest feedback promptly and professionally will play a key role in resolving any issues that may arise. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints will be essential. By analyzing performance metrics and guest satisfaction data, you will identify areas for improvement and assist in developing and implementing innovative guest service initiatives. Handling VIP guests and special requests with the utmost care and attention to detail will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Knowledge of both Front Office and F&B service departments is necessary. Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication in English is required, while the ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be advantageous. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills are essential, along with good communication and customer contact skills. Being results and service-oriented with an eye for details, the ability to multitask, work well in stressful situations, and be a team player and motivator are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
