Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production Operations:

Support the production team in granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations.
Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and GMP guidelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize production.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
Develop and implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve product quality, yield, or productivity.

Training and Development:

Train production personnel on new processes, procedures, and equipment.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
Ensure that all production personnel are aware of and comply with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity gains, or other benefits, and implement changes to achieve these goals.
