Job Description

Key responsibilities:


• Provide user support and issue resolution for the IRM system.• Collaborate with the Product Owner and ServiceNow platform team.• Support change management for IRM enhancements and new developments.• Engage with Risk stakeholders to offer guidance and system support.• Be a team player and work closely with your team and the lead.• Learn and contribute to other GC systems managed by the Functional Admin team• Deliver governance, oversight, and execution of functional admin tasks.

Skillsets required

About 7+ years of experience working with systems support, business analysis or in change management, collaborating closely with both business and technology teams, having the following skillsets:
Strong communication and continual improvements mindset• Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.• Ability to develop strong understanding of the product, business and system level components• A proactive person who is self-motivated, goals oriented, adaptable, and comfortable navigating in ambiguity
