Assistant Manager Real Estate (Acquisition & Leasing)

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition:
Identify and scout compliant sites that align with business expansion needs.
Lease Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with landlords and brokers to secure favorable commercial terms and finalize lease transactions.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, EHS) to ensure smooth property onboarding and compliance.
Contract & Lifecycle Management:
Manage lease renewals, terminations, and security deposit settlements.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct detailed market surveys and maintain a robust pipeline of property opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
5–6 years in
Corporate Real Estate
, Property Acquisition, or Leasing.
Industry Background:
Preference for candidates from E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, or Telecom (e.g., Amazon, Swiggy, Indus Towers).
Language:

Mandatory fluency in Tamil
(Read, Write, Speak). Proficiency in Malayalam or Kannada is a plus.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, legal due diligence, and financial acumen.
Mobility:
Open to high travel (90%) and relocating as per business needs.
