Business Title-Assistant Manager - Finance
Global Function-Finance Global Department-Tax Reporting to-Tax Lead India

Size of team reporting in and type-No direct reports to this role.

Role Purpose Statement-Evaluate and execute projects / work dealing with Indian Income Tax Law.

Main Accountabilities-
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for periodic internal and statutory tax compliances - Collaborate with stakeholders to address audits conducted by Tax Authorities - Assisting in research on tax planning and strategic advisory such as M&A - Contributing in litigation management and resolution - Accounting governance for tax accounts and - Proper maintenance of records for future use.

Technical
- Strong fundamental knowledge of tax laws with good interpretation skills - Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders - Working knowledge of tax accounting and reporting - Proficiency in excel and working knowledge of SAP

Education & Experience
Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in Big4 and / or industry in the field of taxation
