Assistant Manager - Finance & Strategy

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Finance & CA pursuing or MBA (Finance) at our company located in Lucknow, you will be responsible for supporting the GM / Sr. GM - Finance & Strategy in various financial tasks. Your role will involve preparing and updating monthly MIS, dashboards, and financial reports, conducting variance analysis, assisting in budgeting, monitoring project-wise costs, supporting cash flow monitoring, contributing to business plan preparation, providing assistance to the CFO/GM office, and utilizing technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and update monthly MIS, dashboards, and financial reports. - Conduct variance analysis and support decision-making with data insights. - Assist in preparation of annual budgets and track expenses against targets. - Monitor project-wise cost and revenue performance, flag deviations. - Support in preparing cash flow statements and projections. - Coordinate with accounts team for daily fund tracking and reporting. - Contribute to business plan preparation and financial modelling. - Work with internal teams and partners for data consolidation and analysis. - Help implement key financial initiatives led by CFO or GM. - Prepare financial presentations and assist in audit and compliance processes. Qualification Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in finance-related roles. - Real estate experience is mandatory. - Pursuing CA or MBA in Finance. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting. - Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system is preferred.,
