Assistant Manager Finance (Fixed Assets)

Job Role

• Heading Fixed Assets register of company
• Managing Fixed assets Insurance including renewal, addition/deletion and Claims
• Create/disposed assets in oracle fusion. Ensure GST invoices will be issuing accordingly
• Ensure assets are properly tag and records in system
• Manage yearly fixed assets verification and coordinate with branch's and vendors
• Creating MIS for Management related to Fixed Assets
• Co-ordination with various user departments for issue closures

Qualification

• MBA / M.com / Semi qualified with at least 5 years experience in similar role
• Good understanding of Accounting entries & principles
• Good Understanding of fixed assets accounting
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST
• Good Knowledge of MIS reporting, trackers etc.
• Hands on experience of MS Excel
• Working experience in Oracle fusion environment preferred
