Assistant Manager Finance (Fixed Assets)

As an expert in Fixed Assets register management, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing the Fixed assets Insurance process, including handling renewals, additions/deletions, and Claims efficiently. - Creating and disposing of assets in Oracle Fusion system, ensuring that GST invoices are issued accurately. - Ensuring that assets are properly tagged and accurately recorded in the system. - Overseeing the yearly fixed assets verification process and coordinating with branches and vendors effectively. - Generating MIS reports for Management pertaining to Fixed Assets. - Coordinating with various user departments to ensure timely closure of issues. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - MBA/M.Com/Semi-qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - A good understanding of Accounting entries and principles. - Proficiency in fixed assets accounting principles. - Working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations. - Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, trackers, etc. - Hands-on experience with MS Excel. - Previous experience working in an Oracle Fusion environment would be preferred.
